We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you at the address you provide us with. Acceptance will be complete at the time that we send this email to you.

Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you within 10 working days, we will treat your order as cancelled. We reserve the right to withdraw items from time to time. If the item you require is no longer available we will try to offer a suitable alternative where possible.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right at our sole discretion not to accept any order.

Our Website and Shop are hosted and ran by SquareSpace and for payments we use a third-party payment provider PayPal, that uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information and payment details. We take security seriously and have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Although we do our best to keep your personal information secure, we cannot however guarantee the security of your information transferred to our site or third parties. This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We welcome orders from most overseas addresses. Local import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note however that this site and its contents do not form an agreement between Janine Wilkins Art and a customer in a jurisdiction in which the products offered for sale would go against any local, regional or national laws. If you know that it would be illegal for us to sell our products in your country, please do not order items from our site.

The information and advice contained on this website, in our sales documentation including any samples drawings descriptions or advertising and any descriptions or illustrations are for general guidance purposes only and do not form part of the contract between you and us or any other contract between you and us for the sale of goods. All sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. You are responsible for determining whether it applies to your particular situation.



If you are a consumer, under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or DVD’s that you have unsealed; items that due to their nature cannot be returned; perishable goods.

To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order, either by post or email. Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order you have 14 days within which to return the goods at your own expense and risk. 

On receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods and any basic delivery costs in getting the goods to you in the first place, if you opted for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic cost.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 days post-delivery period has expired.

This does not affect your statutory rights.



We will try to deliver your goods as soon as practicable, occasionally delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control and so cannot be guaranteed. You should let us know as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within 7 working days of placing your order.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Any dates quoted by us for delivery are estimates only. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days of your order, you may cancel your order and get a full refund for those goods.

It is our aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days of receipt. If for some reason this is not possible, and despatch is not likely to take place within a week, we will endeavour to contact you.

All items are subject to stock availability.

When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects. When you receive the Goods, you should check them as soon as possible, and let us know within 7 days of receipt if there are any problems. Please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with the Goods. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Goods which occurs after they have been delivered to you. Nothing in this clause shall prejudice the rights of the customer under this contract.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to Goods which are faulty or which otherwise do not conform with these Terms.



In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this website remains the property of the artist. No copying, reproduction of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial is allowed without prior written agreement from the artist.

Any correspondence is personal between us and you and is confidential and must be treated as such. This means it must not be published or distributed either in its entirety, part or in summary form without prior written consent. Failure to observe this obligation may result in us taking action against you to prevent further breaches.

You are permitted to link to our homepage, provided that the link is not misleading, false, derogatory, or otherwise prejudicial to us or our suppliers interests, but you are expressly not permitted to use any of our logos or graphics either as or in connection with such a link.

Our total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid for the goods supplied by us to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. We do not however exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You must use the site for lawful purposes only. By registering with us you recognise that you are responsible for all access made to the site using the log in details that you provide us with. As with all passwords and usernames, it is important that you keep them confidential at all times.

If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be cut out of the terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
